The owner’s family has been on this location for more than 100 years. The third generation now runs the golf course. They were also closely involved (literally!) with the construction of this property.
With all its rich history and the rural setting it was simply not possible to say, “Let’s build a luxurious modern villa”.
Instead, the motto had to be, “Let’s build a barn!”
The new premises accommodate the club spaces, the pro shop, the restaurant, event space, and the offices. As homage to the land the outline of the building works with its surroundings and echoes the style of olden days.
